Jennifer received her Master’s Degree of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University-Austin in 2008.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with a focus in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Texas in Austin.

Jennifer has worked with clients that have faced challenges of anger, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and substance abuse.  She has over four years of experience in the mental health field. She volunteers her time regularly in crisis intervention for the Travis County Sheriff's office in their Victim Services Department. She also provided counseling services to the homeless population in the ReEntry program during her internship at Caritas of Austin. 

Her dedication to the counseling field stems from an optimistic view of the human experience. Jennifer’s approach to counseling focuses on a client's strengths and allows them to reach obtainable goals.
